I import data from an oracle data base into my Excel program. Each
subsequent time I import the data I see only the option to refresh the data.
I want to use two different queries to import data into my program at
different rows in a sheet. How can I select a different query?

You should be able to use "Data, Import External Data, Import Data"
repeatedly to import from multiple sources.
