In general the answer is no. A memo field can only contain plain text
with absolutely no formatting beyond line breaks. The standard textbox
control doesn;t even understand tab characters.
If you want to use the data in the Word and Excel tables you should
normally import it into properly normalised Access tables. Otherwise,
it's generally best to leave the Word and Excel documents in network
folders and just store their names, locations and other metadata in the
database.
