Import Data from the Same Workbook

I have a large employee database worksheet that has 60000 rows and 120 Colms.
I want to import selective data based on multiple conditions to ointo
another sheet in the same workbook.

Is it possible. Any help considered as God Sent.
 
Maybe you can apply data|filter|autofilter
Filter by some criteria
and copy the visible rows to the other worksheet.
