Import Contacts from 2000 to 2003

Am having issue importing contacts from Outlook 2000 to 2003. 2003 isn't
seeing them. Ideas?

What sort of file are the contacts in?

Currently reside in a 2000 PST file. When I click OPEN OTHER in 2003, I can
see the email and such, can't see the CONTACTS. When I IMPORT into 2003, it
acts like its doing something but, I can't find them.

Hmmm, it's a long shot but you can try running ScanPST.EXE on the file
before opening it in OL2003

Never import from one Outlook to another. There's no need and you lose
data. See this:

When you open this file in Outlook 2003, which Nav pane view are you in?
Make sure you are in Contacts view or Folder List view.
Most of us have abandoned the import process all together because it is so
deeply flawed.
