Import Contacts as Delegate

I recently received Delegate permissions (Editor) for my boss's
Contacts. I would like to import contact information for her from an
Access database. I have done this successfully with my own Contacts.
However, when I open her Contacts by choosing File, Open, Other User's
Folder, I do not see the Import and Export... menu choice. I had her
change the permissions for Contacts by choosing her Contacts folder
and modifying the Permissions for me to be "Owner." I still don't see
the Import and Export menu choice. Can I import into her Contacts on
her behalf?

Import into a folder in your own mailbox, then move the items into the boss'
folder.
