Import the user accounts from where, precisely?

And why would you need several hundred individual local accounts? That
would be an administrative, as well as technical, nightmare. Why not
simply enable the Guest account, instead?

First off, several hundred stand-alone users on an individual box?
You really need to look into a server...

Secondly, what do YOU mean by "Import Bulk Users into Windows XP"?
By that, I mean what exactly do you want to import?
Where are you exporting this from?
- All of their settings/files as well as their username/password?
- Just their account usernames/passwords?
- Just create new accounts/passwords and make them change on the next
logon?
- Exporting from a previous OS? A domain?

Until more is known about your particular situation, anything we give you
would be a guess. Creating that many users would be easy enough with even
just a simple batch script and text file containing usernames. But if you
are asking how to do more than that - it gets more complicated - so please
respond with more specifics on your particular problem.
