Import and Export...

Under the Import and Export options in Outlook 2003 when you go under import
from another program or file, why is it that some users have more options
listed than others we are all running Outlook 2003 I have option to import
csv file but the use that needs to doesn't have that option

Both were upgrades from Office XP

Both were upgrades from Office XP

The CSV importers and exporters should have been installed automatically,
but open Control Panel's Add Remove programs and use Office's install wizard
to see whether the proper importers and exporters are installed.

Thanks for pointing me to the right place that was the solution, just needed
to add the imports
