Can the Firefox address book be imported to MS Outlook? If yes, then what are
the steps to accomplish the importation?
Also, can MS Outlook make use of the Plaxo address book and can that be
imported into MS Outlook?

YOu need to see what file format each of those programs support for export. If one of the compatible file formats for Outlook import, then yes you can transfer the address books.

Can the Firefox address book be imported to MS Outlook?

Firefox is a Web Browser. It doesn't HAVE an "addressbook". Are you talking
about either web mail of some sort, or Thunderbird?
