Hi all, we have a set of folders setup under the Inbox on the Mailbox for
Outlook connected to Exchange 2003. What is the impact on the folder
structure in Archive, if one moves, or adds new folders under the InBox
structure?
Does on need to do anything to 1). add them to an auto-archive schedule, or
2). change manually the folder structure now in Archive folders?
Thanks in advance - Dodge

If you add folders, just rightclick the added folders and verify on the
"autoarchive" tab that the option "archive items in this folder using the
default setting" is selected. This will assure Outlook creates the same
folder on the same place in your archive pst.
If you modified the existing structure, you'd better change it manually on
the archive pst.

If you want the new folder to be archived, just make sure its Properties dialog shows the archiving feature turned on and pointing to the right archive .pst file.
