imp. jpeg is BLURRY- scanned good in word or p.point, p.brush

It is clear enough in word or powerpoint or paint etc. saved as jpeg, scanned
in as 300 resolution but within movie maker it is blurry. Can I fix this?

May be I should just do a slide show for work in powerpoint but wanted to
have a go doing movie presenations of charts , text and voice recording.

Possible and clear?
