Outlook 2003. When we send out emails with our .jpg signatures embedded, in
many cases the people who receive the mail do not see the signature embedded,
but instead see it as an attachment. Why does this happen and how may I fix
it? Thanks and God bless.

It's probably beyond your control. You're probably using the HTML format for
your messages. Some recipients may have their e-mail client apps set to receive
only text messages. Some may be passing through company servers that convert
them also. This is usually done for safety/security reasons.

Check to see if these particular recipients can receive any HTML formatted
messages at all.

Your images must be placed on your web site and then the Picture properties
when inserted into your message must be set to an absolute address (URL) to
their location. Such as:
http://www.anthemwebs.com/images/broadcastposter.jpg
