Imaging from c drive to new Raid 0 drive

I've tried using ghost, but get an error when in reboots to do it's thing.
So I though maybe I could use Partition magic to copy the drive to the new
raid drive, wouldn't boot. Anyone have any ideas other than buying another
program like drive image?

Asus a7n8x deluxe
amd 2400+
2X Maxtor 30 Master/slave
2X Hitachi 80G sata raid
Win XP Pro
