My email seems to have changed lately. I even tried resetting the format
back to default. These are two things I am noticing:
1. The mail arrives and while I am watching the font reduces in size.
2. I'm not seeing some of the emails in context with images. The images are
being delivered as attachments.

Unless the sender actually embedded the images into the messages, that's the
way Outlook works with images.

According to the person who sends out a newsletter with the images embedded,
she has no trouble reading the newsletter in her email at home. Why can't I
do so?
