Images within Documents

I've got a strange thing going on. Whenever I click on a graphic image
within an asp page on several of my webs, the image wants to immediately
move. All I want to do is click to select (for copying, deleting, whatever)
but instead it moves and I have to undo the action then I can do whatever
action I intended.

Somewhere along the line I think I must have changed an attribute with
selecting images. How can I undo this action when I select jpeg or gif
images?

I see lots of spaces in file names and some of what looks like remnants from
a word doc:
class="MsoNormal"
some of these have positioning written out in .css within them.

I'm surprised stuff is shifting because you've got it layed out in tables
which are usually pretty solid.

is this symptom something you see only in the FrontPage design view or is it
present in a browser too?

Just in FrontPage design view. I still think it has something to do with my
system outside of the program. In case I wasn't clear, when I single-click a
graphic, it wants to immediately be repositioned somewhere on the page. When
I choose to undo the action, the image is highlighted, and I can then choose
to copy, delete, whatever. It is an annoying little problem that I finally
decided to find out how to resolve. I didn't see any other attributes to the
mouse in control panel that might be causing this action.

it could be some of that extraneous .css code in there. I've got one page I
did a while back that has a black line across it in design view(about an
inch high (horizontally)). I know it's because of something in the .css but
haven't really addressed it. maybe when I get some time. ;-)
