Images not appearing in browsers

I have XP Service Pack 2, but his issued occurred under
service pack 1 also. When I go to some sites that have
hyperlinked thumbnail images, I cannot see the images or
the hyperlink. This happens in both IE and Netscape. So
I don't believe it is a browser issue. I know the images
and links work because I have a laptop with XP Service
Pack 1 and I can see the images. The site that I go to
most often is mypoints.com. I can never see the images.
This is quite annoying since the description under the
image does not tell you which site you are going to.

How can I fix this problem?

Try flushing the cache in IE - tools -options - temporary files
