Images in templates

I've managed to set up my company's email as I would like using Outlook's
template facility. Trouble is, when I roll this out to my colleagues, the jpg
inserted to the HTML template does not show. I've tried re-inserting, on the
individual machines using both Front Page and Word... No joy. Can anyone
help, my hair is suffering.
 
Hard to say without any configuration specifics or how exactly you have
created your template.
