images in database

Is it possible to have a field in a form to collect images for database? I am
wanting to have logs in database so when you look at results page it
associates the logo with the rest of the information. If not, is there an
easy way to accomplish this?

Yes - but Not recommended
Save the image filename (and path if required) in the DB instead
