Images bimap show as package

Even I try to put bimap image in ole object, it's had package...How I change
bimap images (.bmp) as windows bimap image

You need the default image display program for that filetype to be an OLE
server. Try changing you file associations to MS-Paint.

I did that with my 2003 version and it's work, but with 2007 version it
doesn't work.
Then I make a copy of my database for 2007 format and I try put my bimap
image as a attachment in my table. But in my report my image was a very bad
quality. I almost ready to play freezebe with my access 2007 and come back to
my 2003 office.
In microsoft website, to solve the problem they recommend a program Windows
Photo editor (not avalaible anymore) or some VBA language but I am not a
programmer...
I look on microsoft website to by Ole server program...Search for
download...nothing...
Why did they upgrade a good version to something doesn't work for image...
