I'm sorry, but I don't really see what it is you are trying to do? Did
you edit an image from your .NET application where after the size of
the image grew to 118kb?

What exactly is the Lead tool?

Lead Tool is a imaging software heard of it. Ask them, they might be able to
help

I've heard of software making images grow, but that's the first time I ever
heard it in the Pluperfect tense.
