'Image sub-system failed to convert document'

I am having a problem with my Exchange fax connector.

Setup: Exchange 5.5 SP4 on NT 4.0 Server SP6a
FacSys Fax Connector 1.51
FacSys Fax Server 4.7 on Win2000 Server SP4

Incoming faxes are processed without issue. Outgoing faxes without
attachments are processed without issue. Outgoing faxes sent from the Facsys
desktop client with attachments are processed without issue. However
outgoing faxes sent via the Exchange Fax Connector with attachments result
in the following error:

This is one of two Fax servers. The other setup is identical except the Fax
Server is running on NT 4.0 Server SP6a and experiences no errors. Which
leads me to believe I'm missing something in the Win2000 configuration.

I've checked the manufacturer's site and applied recommended fixes, (new
versions of imglib32.dll and fxmngr.exe plus registry edits) to no avail.
I am also in the process of upgrading our Exchange 5.5 Server OS to Win2000
and the same issue occurs from the test machine.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, this is not the group for either Exchange or for FacSys. This group
deals with Windows Fax Service that ships with Windows 2000 Operating
