Image (Logo) Distorted when replying

We are using Exclaimer to automatically put signatures and disclaimers on
outgoing emails. The company logo looks great going out (it is a bmp) and the
first time it comes back, however, after replying back and forth a couple of
times the image develops a "shadow" that is very annoying. Exclaimer says it
is most def. an Outlook problem as they only provide a place holder for the
image and have no affect on it. Any suggestions? Thanks!

have you tested it using a jpg?

No - actually I'm researching this for someone else. I'm not sure why he's
using a bmp. I'll try it. Thanks!

We tried the .jpg and had the same results. I have done a little more playing
around and had the disclaimer enter on every email. What I found was after
about the 3rd reply - the most recent logo looks great but the oldest is
distorted. It looks like even though the logos are the same - they are
pulling from different outlook temp files. Is there a setting on Outlook to
store the logo longer or retain that setting?
