Image Editor for Winforms

Hi All

I am new to Winforms.

I have the following requirment based on Winforms:
1.User should select a Image
2. User should be allowed to crop the image. he can just select a part
of what he wants of that image and the selected image should be stored.

Is anyone aware of how this can be accomplished using winforms with C#
? If there is any freeware also, it would be great?

Please throw some insight if anyone is aware of/implemented the above.

Take a look at Microsoft's FotoVision Smart Client sample:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/smartclient/codesamples/fotovision/. Source code
is included, covering some cool image manipulation routines. I'm not sure
the samples are available also in C#, but the conversion from VB.NET
shouldn't be too difficult.
