Image Control

I am new to aspnet. This should be an easy question. I cannot figure out
for the life of me how to make a picture (thumbnail) a hyperlink to the
actual picture. All I want to do is click on the thumbnail and have a new
browser window open up to display the picture.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
