Image Clone and Network User Profiles

I am creating an image with Ghost 8 after building a Tablet PC with XP Pro,
once I have built the machine with all the required software and desktop
icons placed into the All Users folders, I ghost to a second identical
machine however, when I log on using a network account the desktop short cuts
loose their paths and point nowhere!!!!!

Anybody any ideas on how to get round this?

Cloning drive to drive works best with xps XCOPY,however the drives must
stay on same pc..Even though the machines are identical (you think),99% of
the
time they are not,and a reinstall of xp is required...To transfer user data
from
pc to pc,run the file transfer wizard from xp cd on old pc,set as old
pc,select data
to save,save to new folder,once thru,move to cd...

Hi Andrew, thanks for getting back to me, unfortunatly, I don't think I
explaind mysituation properly, I have 4 HP TC4400's and Two VIP's who need
instant turn around if their machines go down. What I am trying to do is use
a prebuilt image and buildup one of the Tablet PC's with the image, then all
the updates, fix all the glitches in the image then just clone them, these
are used in a enterprise Domian, so I can't just transfer the files and
settings (Unfortunatly), so I have a machine built up that I have logged onto
with an Admin account and everything works I log on with my domain account
and everything works , I clone the image on to an external HDD with Ghost 8
then ghost it over to the other Tablet PC and in the Admin account it's all
worky but when I log on with my domain account, it's not worky the problem
is just two desktop short cut's, one for net meeting which turns into a blank
shortcut but keeps it's name, and a web portal short cut that returns the
value ("") as invalid which I would agree it is invalid, it's supposed to
poit to my company intranet.

Any ideas?
