hey im upgradin to win xp pro from win 98se and im gettin
a ultra.sys error, what is that and how can i fix
 
The ultra.sys driver is from your highpoint hard drive controller drivers.

Try uninstalling that before upgrading (if you can't uninstall it, try
getting the latest version of the drivers)
