I'm sorry - again, timing issue on one slide - does not work

I have one slide that was added at the END of a presentation AFTER the timing was custom timed through "rehearsal". I tried, as was suggested from this board, to go through "slide transition" and "advance" to change the timing - I type in the new time, but it does not stay changed...when I "play" the slide, it's still the same no matter how many seconds I type in.

One note - it's an animated slide - with a photo and then a text box "fading" in. As soon as the animation is finished, the slide just cuts off! Looks awful - especially for the last slide. The presentation has come together okay - and then the end is just SO abrupt. PLEASE help :) Thank you SO much.

How about adding another slide at the end to make it look the way you want?

That's a possibility - will I have problems with it? The fact that the others were all done as a "whole" show, customed timed does not present a problem? I did not try this, but will tonight. Thank you.

I don't know, but you don't have anything to lose by trying.
