My car won't start! It did a couple days ago, what's wrong with it?

Sorry, but you've given us nothing to work with...

What version of Outlook?
What kind of email account?
Do you have an AntiVirus/Antispam application installed that's setup to scan
your email?
Do you get any error messages?

Puh-lease. Did you really expect focused and detailed responses with
that vague question.

You might not be getting any e-mails because you have not received any.
After all, you did not way that you used the webmail interface to your
mailbox to see that new messages arrived but they wouldn't download into
Outlook.

You might be getting an error message but chose not to reveal it here.
That means no one here knows what was the error.

There are many versions of Outlook. The reasons different versions
exist is because features, behavior, or both are different between them.
So it is important to mention WHICH version of Outlook that you use.

You did not mention what TYPE of e-mail account you use. POP3, IMAP,
HTTP, or Exchange?

In the meantime, read the following so you can expect replies that can
