I'm having problems with my Microsoft outlook.

I need help. I'm tring to log onto my email account, but it says that I shut
it down iimprpoerly and have ot open it in safe mode to see if there is any
problems. The only problem is it never opens and it doesn"t let me know what
the problem is . Can someone please help me.
 
You don't say if you actually tried to open OL in safe mode - did you?
(Start -> Run -> type 'outlook /safe' [Enter])
