I'm having a problem adding music to Front Page (backround)

I'm trying to set up a web site with FrontPage (OfficeXP) and I am having
difficulty adding music to my backround.

With the page open in FrontPage click Tools > Page options, then click the Compatibility tab and set
the dropdowns to custom
