I need to know the good points about excel, how easy it is to use and so
on...... plz help me if possible could you also tell me where i could get a

Not sure why you are asking in a newsgroup for the Database product, ACCESS
if you have a question about the spreadsheet program, EXCEL.

You want a screenshot of a working spreadsheet? Why don't you just go
create one?

In any case, please ask in an EXCEL newsgroup, not an ACCESS newsgroup.
