I'm baffled, dont know what to do.......

All sites I visit, excluding MSN.COM, fail to show any pictures or gifs or
anything actually. Only text. I'm not sure why this started or how to fix
it. If someone could give me a little help on where to start, it would be
greatly appreciated. TIA

Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Go down to Multimedia and select Show
Pictures.

Hi.....Just a thought......have you checked your settings for Active X,
script, Java, in Internet Options, Security? How about your Firewall? Mine
can block pictures, ads, web bugs, script, Java, cookies. Sometimes
settings get changed. Who knows? Hope you solve your problem.

Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder).

I finally figured out that its my encoding. However, it wont stay as
default as Western European. I'm sure its something real simple, but I
dont have a clue!! LOL
