(IIS)Visual Studio.net + Apache

I have IIS installed and Also have Visual Studio.net and the framework
installed in my PC. I use that for work. But right now, I woul like to
install Apache-PHP-MySQL but I really want to keep IIS-.NET in it. SO the
question is, is it possible?

yes but they must use separate ports (apache shoudl be configured to
listen to some port other than port 80)
