IIS is only available in Windows XP Professional. As was mentioned earlier
in this thread you can install the apache web server on XP Home
(http://httpd.apache.org/), which is perfectly fine unless you want to use
ASP which it does not include by default at least.
If you want to use IIS locally on your machine, have a look at http://microsoft.com/windowsxp/whichxp.asp , perhaps you would be more
suited to the Professional edition.
