IIS on Vista

Yes. Check under Control Panel > Programs and Features > under 'Task' click
the
'Turn Windows Features on or off' link from the list available then from
list of options > check off 'Internet Information Services' click OK.

IIS 7 on non business versions of Vista do not allow full Web Development,
because those versions don't come with Front Page Extensions. I know they
cannot use connection pooling, one may not be able to create multiple Web
sites, like with the business versions Vista and IIS7. The non bus verisons
Vista with IIS7 don't have FTP site creation either.
