IIS - Error 500 Internal Server error help

I'm not entirely sure this is the area for a question like this but there
wasn't a clear cut IIS newsgroup area. Anyways, if anyone can help it would
be appreciated :). I just installed IIS that came on the XP Pro disc and am
trying to get it working, when I try to open http://localhost/localstart.asp
I get a 500 Internal server error and I'm not sure why. I can't seem to find
anything within the knowledge base of Microsoft's site to help. I'm not sure
what else I should post to help so if there are questions that I can answer
to help further resolve this glitch, please feel free to ask.

How much more clear cut can you get than
"microsoft.public.inetserver.iis...." There are several of them.

Small Note: If you want to learn how to fix/do something, I'll point you to
it, but if you want me to do your work for you, it will cost you $50 USD per
hour - your choice.
