IIS config lost

I have dual Exch 2k boxes running, each with OWA/IIS for
remote mail. Everytime I reboot one or both of these
boxes, I lose some permissions within the web server
config and have to restore to a good copy. Any ideas why?
 
Try posting this in the "exchange 2000 server" section.
You may be more likely to find an answer there.
