IIS Anonymous Authentication not listed

One my new Vista Machine( have 3 dev machines with Vista Ultimate) I dont get
the Anonymous Authentication listed in the "Authentication" settings in IIS
Manager.

On all other machines all works fine.

Copying the applicationHost.config did not have any success. Everything
works perfectly but the anonymous option is just not shown.

Suffice it to say it also does not work without being listed.

Note: The new machine is a Vista Premium machine upgraded to Ultimate
through Anytime Upgrade.

ANY info would be much appreciated.

Did uninstall and reinstall IIS7 on the machine to see if that will set
things straight?
