Well, there the "IIS Admin Control Panel" (http://www.iisactive.com/)
which is ASP based instead of ASP.Net (there's talk of updating it, but not
much action), but it allows you to perform via a web interface, pretty much
anything you can through the IIS MMC interface. (and it's free)
