IIS 500 error XP SP2

Hi,

I can't, for the life of me get a local asp page to work on my XP Pro
SP2 system.

I have installed IIS 5.1, created the User DSN to MS Access, created the
connection in Dreamweaver MX, and everything else I can think of.

I get the following error:

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Could not use '(unknown)';
file already in use.

What on Earth is causing this?

How do I get things working?

Please help, it's driving me to distraction.
