IIS 5.1 installing ftp service error ftpmib.dll not found

Attempting to Install ftp service, for IIS 5.1 in XP professional I get the
error, ftpmib.dll not found in the i386 servicepacks. Never mind that the
file is there. I can not install the ftp service....

I did a search of this file and there is a file with that name in several
places including the one indicated by the installer. But it is not recognized
by the installer or probably an error / bug...???

I appreciate any help with this.

seems like a practical idea ... I don't seem to find an IIS server
group...David

Case Resolved:
I got help from MS tech support, phone call .. they asked to run the
following command
:Resolved start->run->esentutl /p
%windir%\security\database\secedit.sdb

This repaired the install database. After this I rebooted, and I was
able to install IIS 5.1
I think this happens with other programs too... As I can see from other
postings.
