IIf statement

I'm getting an error message with my "iif" statement and not sure why. My
problem stems from the "or" equation. I'm sure I don't have the right syntax
for the "or" statement. See below.

Underwriting Age2: IIf([Quote Status]=("Underwriting" Or "UW -
Pended"),Now()-[tblSalesData]![Date New Business Submission Received in
Underwriting],"N/A")
