IIf Statement

I have a two or more argreements in a if statement that has a matric band
with scale, it look in the scale for the code and returns the value, but the
code number fall in to a band with 1 thru 10, Example: 5, I would like it to
choose the 10 code value. How do I writh the IIf Statement.
