Ignoring form fields

I have a form that I am wanting customers to be able to order from.
Everything works great, but I was wondering if there is a way to ignore
fields in the confirmation and e-mail that don't have values assigned to them
within the form.

Not possible when using the FP Form Handler, requires the use of server-side scripted Form Handler
based on whatever scripting language is supported by your web host.
