Ignore blank lines in report text box

I've tried concatenating several fields from the control source of a text box
on a report, but have not been able to have the fields without data ignored
so that a blank line does not display. My new tactic is to create separate
reports for each field. I still am not able to suppress the blank line in
the report view. I hope someone has a suggestion.

Thanks.

I'm not sure why you would post your problem without providing the Control
Source property :-(

It would also help if you provided some sample data and with the current
display and desired display.

OK, thanks for the tip. Please forgive my inexperience. I posted this to
the queries group last week and was not able to get any of the responses to
work and then realized that maybe it was because I was in the wrong group.

This is in my control source – now. I used all ampersands, without parens
on my first try. The output with both displays the null fields as blank
lines and the report is over 100 pages, but if the null fields were ignored
it may be as liitle as 2 pages. These are all text fields. What I am trying
to produce is a list of the contents of the fields with each entry on a
separate line, without the extra lines. There are very few entries because
the majority do not have any data entered. Thanks for taking another look.
This is a great resource and I apreciate everyone's time.

=([A1aC]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([A1bC]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) &
([A2C]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([A3C]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([A4C]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) &
([A5aC]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([A5bC]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) &
([A5cC]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([A6C]+Chr(13)+Chr(10)) & ([A7C]+Chr(13)+Chr(10))

Hi Duane, I received an error message that my post did not go through when I
replied on 2/9, even though it does display. I'm new to this site and have
only posted a few times, but response has always been very quick. I expect
something was lost by the system due to the error message and am including
more details here.
