iFrame ~HELP PLEASE~

When I ever try to go to certain websites , a message pop ups and says "Sorry
your browser does not support iFrame please update at
http://www.microsoft.com/ie"but I dont know what to update from
http://www.microsoft.com/ie and I dont know anything else to do.So if you
have anything that can help me out please tell me.

Some details on your system would help - what version of Windows are you
using? what version of Internet Explorer??
Try going to Windows Updates and installing the Critical patches for your
system.
