Hi everyone,
I have a matrix made in which there are 10 activities (rows) and 21 groups
(columns) where users can see what activity goes for their group and what
activity goes for the other. However, it is possible that they may perform
the same activities. For example:
Group 1 may perform Project work but groups 2, 3, 4, 7, 14 and 20 may not.
Group 2 may perform Standard work but groups 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 14,and 21 may
not.
Group 3 may perform Specials but groups 1, 2, 4, 7, 9, 12, and 18 may not.
etc.

I would like to make this selectable in another sheet so the user just has
to select the Group and the Activity if done so the outcome in the next cell
must be yes or no.
I am not a programmer so if you can keep your answer simple i would be very
happy.

You might try Data Validation with dependant lists. Debra Dalgleish has a
good tutorial although she has not set up the data like yours. Start off with
