IF Statement in Data Validation

Hi,

Whoever can help I would appreciate it. Here is what I am trying to do...

In the data validation tab I am trying to say =IF($C$4:$C$38="Strategic Partners",$M$60:$M$62,"")

FYI, I have a drop down list in $C$4:$C$38 with 5 different options. And $M$60:$M$62 should become a drop down list.

If I am not being clear, please let me know and thanks for you help!!!!
