If I type 4th - 'th' should be superscript automatically, word03

If I type 1st or 4th - the 'st' and 'th' should be superscript
automatically. Though the features in Tools ->Auto correct options - > Auto
format as you Type -> Ordinals (1st) with Superscript is checked = it is not
working.

Are other AutoCorrect and AutoFormat As You Type options working?
