I'm trying to access my work email at home...my question is: if i setup a
2nd computer to access email at home, will it affect my ability to access my
email at work? is this a question for the person who runs our server?? or
should it just automatically coincide? Thanks for any help!!!

It could, depending on the account type you use to obtain the mail. For
example, if you use POP and haven't set the account to leave a copy on the
server, your mail will be downloaded to your home machine and deleted from
the server, thereby making it unavailable from work.

Always. Many companies have strict policies on how company resources may be
accessed from off-site.
