If I migrate from OE to Outlook, do I lose folders, message rules, anything?

I've been using OE since the beginning of time, and have accumulated bunches
o' message rules, folder organization to go along with them, etc. If I were
to install Outlook from my Office 2003, would I have to do it all over
again? About all I'm interested in is getting Outlook's calendar. Thanks
for your help.

If you wish, you can use Outlook's calendaring features without using it for
email. However, you can export your folder structure from Outlook Express
to Outlook if you wish. Configure Outlook, then in Outlook Express, click
File>Export>Messages. If you want to transfer your Outlook Express contacts
to Outook, in Outlook click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and
Addresses
